PRICING AND PET POLICY
All cats sold as pets require spay/neuter agreements.
All cats sold as pets must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age or within 45 days
after delivery, whichever is later. No CFA registration papers will be provided until proof
of spay/neuter is received in writing (must be signed by a licensed veterinarian).
Breeding rights are available on certain kittens only....preferably outside CFA region 6.
NOTE: We ship only on direct flights to major airports within the continental USA via Delta,
Continental or American Airlines. Private delivery service can be arranged. Shipping and/or
delivery is an additional charge. Our kittens are ready for their new homes after age 12 weeks.
Currently, the cost of shipping via airlines within the 48 states will range from $250-$325.
Sorry, we do not ship our cats outside the continental USA (48 states).
SALE AND DEPOSIT POLICY
ALL CATS/KITTENS ARE SOLD WITH A WRITTEN CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE.
A $300 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A SPECIFIC CAT/KITTEN WHICH IS NOT CONSIDERED
RESERVED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. ONCE A DEPOSIT IS ACCEPTED, THAT
CAT/KITTEN IS NOT OFFERED FOR SALE TO ANYONE ELSE UNLESS THE BUYER FAILS TO
COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF THE CAT/KITTEN. THE PURPOSE OF THE DEPOSIT IS TO INSURE
THE BUYER'S INTENT TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF A CAT/KITTEN AND IS THEREFORE
NONREFUNDABLE. THE ONLY EXCEPTION SHALL BE IF THE SELLER FAILS TO MAKE THE SPECIFIC
CAT/KITTEN AVAILABLE TO THE BUYER. IF THE BUYER FAILS TO TAKE DELIVERY OF THE CAT/KITTEN
IN A TIMELY MANNER ALL MONIES PAID TOWARD PURCHASE SHALL BE RETAINED BY THE SELLER AS
COMPENSATION FOR LOST OPPORTUNITIES TO SELL THE CAT/KITTEN TO ANOTHER PARTY.
NOTE: ONLY A DEPOSIT WILL HOLD A CAT/KITTEN FOR YOU.
THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SALE OF ANY CAT/KITTEN
TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
