PRICING AND BREEDER SALE POLICY
The cats on this page are available to serious breeder/exhibitors....preferably
outside CFA region 6 (Midwest).....all are also available as pets at a reduced price.
All cats sold only by contract and come with a health guarantee.
Some are proven as indicated below. Pedigrees available by request.
GENERAL SALE AND DEPOSIT POLICY
ALL CATS/KITTENS ARE SOLD WITH A WRITTEN CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE.
A $200 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A SPECIFIC CAT/KITTEN WHICH IS NOT CONSIDERED
RESERVED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. ONCE A DEPOSIT IS ACCEPTED, THAT
CAT/KITTEN IS NOT OFFERED FOR SALE TO ANYONE ELSE UNLESS THE BUYER FAILS TO
COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF THE CAT/KITTEN. THE PURPOSE OF THE DEPOSIT IS TO INSURE
THE BUYER'S INTENT TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF A CAT/KITTEN AND IS THEREFORE
NONREFUNDABLE. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF SELLER FAILS TO MAKE THE SPECIFIC CAT/KITTEN
AVAILABLE TO THE BUYER. IF THE BUYER FAILS TO TAKE DELIVERY OF THE CAT/KITTEN IN A TIMELY
MANNER ALL MONIES PAID TOWARD PURCHASE SHALL BE RETAINED BY THE SELLER AS COMPENSATION
FOR LOST OPPORTUNITIES TO SELL THE CAT/KITTEN TO ANOTHER PARTY.
NOTE: ONLY A DEPOSIT WILL HOLD A CAT/KITTEN FOR YOU.
THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SALE OF ANY CAT/KITTEN
TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
